WarriorNP started with the heart of one nurse practitioner that recognized a core problem within the neonatal and pediatric industry – the innovation of medical devices and products has become stagnant, leaving medical professionals with inadequate and unsafe methods of care.

WarriorNP believes it is vital to serve the unique needs of every child born – through the design of lifesaving medical products, while guaranteeing that nurses and medical professionals are confident that the medical tools they use will successfully reduce a child’s pain and suffering.
The Founder
Jessica Harnish MSN, NNP-BC, CLNC, SANE-A is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with more than 21 years of nursing experience. Her background in Neonatal Intensive Care and Sexual Assault examination renders her proficient in the clinical and judicial setting. Jessica combines her passion for medicine and the law with the Certified Legal Nurse Consultant certification, and is dedicated to advancement of safe and effective neonatal and pediatric medical devices.
VP of Operations
Sabrina Livermore is the VP of Operations at WarriorNP. She holds a masters degree from The University of Michigan and has a background in chemistry, physics, and economics. Sabrina oversees all day-to-day company operations, implements strategies and structure, and coordinates nationwide and international distribution.
